Why this cat

A loaf, a vest, and a bridge.

He found a sunbeam and cancelled the rest of the day.

Crumple is an original cat, not a studio character. Apricot fur, cream muzzle, every paw tucked. The sitting is the personality.

The vest was already on. The button has never been even.

He treats the crooked button as tailoring. Unfolding, in his view, is a rumor started by people with somewhere to be.

He needed a bridge, not a pair of shoes.
